AZDome PG17 Max 4K 2 CH Wifi GPS 64GB dashcam

The AZDome PG17 Max is a mirror dashcam from AZDome featuring various smart functions that make driving more comfortable and safer. The large 12-inch touchscreen LCD acts as a digital rear-view mirror, whilst the front and rear cameras capture everything around the car in sharp detail.

Ultra 4K + 2.5K

The Sony Starvis sensors in the AZDome PG17 Max ensure extremely clear and detailed video footage. The camera performs particularly well in low light. The rear camera is connected to the front camera via a 6-metre cable. For longer vehicles, such as motorhomes or caravans, a 10-metre extension cable is available (see accessories).

Full Mirror design

The AZDome PG17 Max wifi features a unique mirror design and can be easily mounted over the existing interior mirror using the supplied rubber mounts. The large 12-inch touchscreen transforms the mirror into a high-quality digital interior mirror. The rear camera is displayed clearly, and with a simple swipe you can switch between the front and rear camera views.

With a single press of a button, the screen can be switched off or put into standby mode, leaving only the time and date visible. In this way, the PG17 Max Wifi also functions as a traditional rear-view mirror.

ADAS

The AZDome PG17 Max is equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) featuring various functions:

- FCWS: Forward Collision Warning System, which alerts you when approaching a vehicle ahead at high speed.

- LDWS: Lane Departure Warning System, which alerts you if you unintentionally leave your lane.

- PDWS: Pedestrian Detection Warning System, which alerts you to pedestrians in the vicinity.

- FVSW: Front Vehicle Start Warning, which indicates when a stationary vehicle ahead starts moving again.

The alerts are indicated by audible signals. All functions can be switched on and off individually. Please note that the operation of ADAS may vary in Europe due to differences in infrastructure.

Fast 5.8GHz Wifi

The AZDome PG17 Max Wifi is equipped with fast 5GHz Wifi, allowing footage to be viewed easily and quickly via a smartphone. The range is approximately 10 metres. The AZDome App is available for iOS (Apple) and Android devices, so there is no need to remove the SD card from the camera.

Dashcam + parking aid

Thanks to its smart design and the included rear camera, the PG17 Max Wifi is also ideal as a parking aid. The rear camera can be connected to the reverse light power supply. As soon as the car is put into reverse, the image from the rear camera automatically appears large on the screen, including parking guide lines.

Automatic Time-Lapse Parking Mode

The PG17 Max Wifi Full Mirror features an automatic Time-Lapse parking mode to secure the car whilst parked. In this mode, the camera takes a photo every second, which is later played back as a video with a time-lapse effect.

As this method uses less storage space, it allows for long-term recording without the SD card filling up quickly. When combined with an optional hardwire kit (see accessories), the parking mode switches on automatically when the ignition is switched off and switches off again when the car is started.

Includes GPS receiver

The included GPS module records speed and location whilst driving. Using the AZDome software, this data can later be used to view the exact location of recordings on a computer.

64GB included

The AZDome PG17 Max Wifi Full Mirror comes with a 64GB Micro SD card. This allows for approximately 6 hours of Full HD video to be stored. The dashcam supports Micro SD cards up to a maximum of 256GB.

170˚ + 150˚ wide-view lens

The PG17 Max Wifi Full Mirror features a wide-angle lens of 170 degrees at the front and 150 degrees at the rear. This captures virtually everything around the vehicle.

Auto start

The AZDome PG17 Max Wifi Full Mirror dashcam automatically starts recording when the car is started and stops when the engine is switched off. This means you don’t have to worry about it whilst driving.

G-sensor

The built-in G-sensor detects shocks and impacts. In such situations, footage is automatically saved securely so that it cannot be overwritten or deleted.

12MP photos

In addition to video recordings, the PG17 Max Wifi Full Mirror can also take photos with a resolution of 12 megapixels. This is useful, for example, for documenting damage following an incident.

Built-in microphone

The AZDome PG17 Max Wifi Full Mirror features a built-in microphone for audio recording. This can be easily switched off if desired.

Date and time stamp

The date and time are displayed on screen by default, so it is always possible to verify when recordings were made.
