AZDome VGA rear camera

AZDome VGA rear camera to expand the AZDome GS63H and M02 with a rear view camera. This camera also fits other dashcams with a 2.5 mm AV-in connection.

Please note: With the AZDome GS63H, this rear camera only works when “AV IN” is displayed on the Aux input on top of the dashcam. If “TV OUT” is displayed, the dashcam does not support a rear camera.

480p and IP68 waterproof

By expanding the GS63H with this second external camera, you can also record behind the car. The second VGA camera films in 480p and is IP68 waterproof, so it can be mounted on the bumper or on the rear window. When connected, the GS63H front camera films at 1080p 60fps and the rear camera at VGA (480p) 30fps. The rear camera is connected to the front camera with a long 6-metre cable (included).

The image from the rear camera is recorded in mirror image so that it is the same as the image from the rear-view mirror. If desired, the images can be reversed later with any video player.

High-brightness LEDs

The rear camera is also equipped with 4 high-brightness LEDs. When the additional wiring from the rear camera is connected to the reversing light, the LEDs will light up when you put the car in reverse gear. The connection can of course also be omitted.
