AZDome M63 Pro True 4K 64gb Wifi GPS dashcam

The AZDome M63 Pro is AZDome’s latest flagship model. This high-quality, fully-featured dashcam incorporates the latest technologies and records in crystal-clear Ultra 4K resolution. It comes with a 64GB Micro SD card so you can get started straight away. Thanks to Wifi, all footage is easy to view and share, and the built-in GPS ensures that speed and location are continuously tracked. A Full HD rear camera can be connected as an optional extra.

Ultra 4K resolution

The AZDome M63 Pro 64GB dashcam is equipped with the latest 8.0MP image sensor, guaranteeing the sharpest Ultra 4K videos. It records at a resolution of 3840p x 2160p at 25fps, but you can also set it to record in Full HD at 60fps. The HDR technology ensures perfect image quality in all weather conditions. The dashcam can also take photos at 18MP.

Please note: Due to its angled mounting on the windscreen, the AZDome M63 is less suitable for installation in lorries or other vehicles with a vertical windscreen.

3.0-inch LCD screen

A unique feature of this M63 Pro 64GB is the bright and large 3.0-inch LCD screen. The screen displays what the camera is recording, and with a single press of a button, you can access the menu or take a photo. You can also start and stop recording or switch the microphone on or off. The menu interface is very user-friendly, making changing settings a piece of cake.

Optional rear camera

The M63 Pro can be upgraded with a rear camera that can be mounted on the rear window or bumper. The rear camera is connected to the front camera via a 6-metre cable supplied with the unit. The cameras record simultaneously and the footage is stored separately on the SD card. The image from the rear camera is displayed on the LCD screen via PiP (Picture in Picture) and, with a single press of a button, the rear camera can also be displayed in full screen.

No additional power connection is required for the rear camera; it is powered via the cable connecting it to the front camera. However, it does have an additional power connection that can optionally be connected to the reversing light power supply. In that case, the image from the rear camera is displayed full-screen on the LCD screen when the car is put into reverse. This makes the M63 4K handy to use as a parking aid.

Wifi

The M63 Pro 64GB is equipped with Wifi, allowing all footage to be easily viewed via a smartphone. The Wifi has a range of approximately 10 metres. The AZDome App is available for iOS (Apple) and Android phones and tablets. The app allows footage to be viewed and downloaded, so the SD card no longer needs to be removed from the camera.

Built-in GPS

The M63 Pro 64GB has a built-in GPS module. This GPS module allows the speed to be displayed on screen and also tracks the coordinates of the locations where footage was recorded. This means that, using the included software, you can later see exactly where specific recordings were made.

CPL filter option

To improve image quality and reduce reflections in the footage, you can upgrade the dashcam with the optional universal CPL filter (see accessories). This filter acts as a sort of Polaroid sunglasses for the lens and can be useful in sunny conditions.

Secure mounting

The M63 Pro 64GB features a sturdy self-adhesive mount that ensures the dashcam stays securely in place and that the recordings are free from unnecessary vibrations. The mount is attached to the windscreen using a 3M sticker, and the dashcam clicks into the mount. The lens can be rotated in all directions so it can always be positioned correctly. The camera comes with several self-adhesive 3M stickers and removable static pads. By placing these on the windscreen in front of the mount, you can remove the entire mount from the windscreen without leaving any marks.

Includes an extra mount

The AZDome M63 Pro comes with two mounts. The extra mount is perfect for use in an additional vehicle. The mounts are attached to the windscreen using a 3M sticker, allowing you to easily switch the dashcam between vehicles.

Automatic parking mode

The M63 Pro 64GB dashcam features a handy automatic parking mode. The parking mode offers three options:

Time-lapse only: The camera films continuously in time-lapse mode, including any rear camera. In this mode, the camera takes a photo every second, which can later be played back as a time-lapse video. Time-lapse is an energy-efficient recording mode, meaning the dashcam does not consume too much power or data. Consequently, up to 30 times more videos can be stored on the SD card.

Motion Only: The camera is in standby mode (switched on but not recording). When motion is detected, a standard 1-minute recording is started. This function only works with the front camera.

Off: The camera simply continues recording at the set resolution. Parking mode is not activated.

If a vibration is detected in parking mode, the current recording is always securely saved so that it cannot be overwritten.

* The automatic parking mode of the M63 Pro 64GB only works in combination with the optionally available JYX05 or OBD USB-C hardwire kit and cannot be switched on or off manually. When used with the hardwire kit, the camera automatically switches to parking mode when the car’s ignition is switched off and resumes normal recording when you start the car again. This makes the M63 Pro 64GB ideal for use as a car security camera.

Loop recording

The M63 Pro 64GB is equipped with loop recording. This means that the camera continues to record even when the SD card is full. The oldest clips on the SD card are then deleted and automatically overwritten by new footage. You can set the clip length yourself to 3, 5 or 10 minutes. Loop recording can also be switched off; in that case, the camera makes one long recording. Please note that the camera will stop filming if the SD card is full.

Includes 64GB Micro SD card

The AZDome M63 Pro comes with a 64GB Micro SD card as standard, so you can start recording straight away. The AZDome M63 also supports larger Micro SD cards up to 256GB. The included 64GB card can store around 12 hours of 2CH video in 4K.

HDR

Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, the camera is capable of generating sharp images in both very high and very low light conditions. This means the camera captures razor-sharp images both during the day in bright light and at night in low light.

170˚ (+ 150˚) wide-angle lens

This M63 Pro 64GB features a 170˚ wide-angle lens at the front and a 150˚ lens at the rear (optional). This allows a very wide area to be captured.

Auto start

The AZDome M63 Pro 64GB dashcam starts recording automatically when the car is started. So you no longer need to worry about it once it’s mounted in the car. This does, however, require it to be connected to the car’s power supply via the cigarette lighter socket. If you use the optional hardwire kit, the camera will automatically switch to and from parking mode.

G-sensor

Thanks to the built-in G-sensor, the dashcam detects when you’ve been in an accident. Upon impact, footage is automatically secured so it cannot be lost. It cannot be overwritten or deleted via the dashcam.

Built-in microphone

The AZDome M63 Pro 64GB has a built-in microphone so that sound is also recorded. The microphone can be easily switched on and off with a single tap on the screen.

Date/Time/Number Plate Watermark

The date, time and number plate can be displayed at the bottom of each video so that it can later be demonstrated when and with which vehicle certain recordings were made. This can be of decisive importance when assessing situations and determining liability for the police and/or insurance companies.

Convenient 3.5-metre USB cigarette lighter adapter

This AZDome dashcam comes with a convenient 3.5-metre USB cigarette lighter adapter with an extra USB port. The other USB port can be used to charge other devices, such as your mobile phone.
