AZDome S58 4G 3CH 4K Wifi GPS dashcam

The AZDome S58 is AZDome’s first 4G dashcam and offers extensive connectivity. Thanks to the 4G function, you can connect to the camera anytime, anywhere and receive instant notifications, for example in the event of incidents whilst parked. The smart design also ensures that a wide area in and around the car is captured.

4G connection

The AZDome S58 4G is an advanced dashcam that keeps you in constant contact with your vehicle. Using the included SIM card, you can connect to the camera worldwide via the 4G network. This allows you to view live footage, adjust settings remotely and receive instant notifications in the event of damage or suspicious activity, for example.

Third interior camera

The additional interior camera captures an even larger area inside and around the vehicle. This camera is easily attached to the side of the front camera and can be adjusted as required. This means that both the interior and part of the exterior are recorded, offering extra security in parking mode.

2K + 2x Full HD resolution

The S58 4G features a powerful 8.0MP image sensor and records in 2K at the front and Full HD at the rear and inside. Thanks to HDR technology, images remain clear under various lighting conditions. Photos can also be taken in 18 megapixels. Without a rear camera connected, recording is even possible in 4K + Full HD.

4.0-inch widescreen LCD

This S58 4G is equipped with a bright and large 4.0-inch LCD screen. This allows you to see immediately what is being recorded and to easily navigate the menu. With a single press of a button, you can take photos, start or stop recording, and switch the microphone on or off. The interface is clear and user-friendly.

Wifi

The AZDome S58 4G features Wifi, allowing footage to be easily viewed and downloaded via your smartphone. The range is approximately 10 metres. The AZDome App is available for iOS (Apple) and Android devices, so you don’t need to remove the SD card from the camera.

Built-in GPS

The S58 4G has a built-in GPS module that automatically records speed and location. This data is stored alongside the footage, so you can later see exactly where recordings were made using the included software.

CPL filter option

For better image quality and to reduce reflections, you can upgrade the dashcam with an optional CPL filter (see accessories). This filter works in a similar way to polarised sunglasses and is particularly effective in sunny conditions.

Automatic parking mode

The AZDome S58 4G features an automatic parking mode with two functions:

Time lapse: Continuous recording in 720p at 1fps, including any rear camera.

Vibration: Upon detection of a vibration, a 1-minute recording is automatically started.

Includes hardwire kit

The AZDome S58 comes as standard with a hardwire kit for connection to the car’s fuse box. This keeps the camera active whilst parked. A Plug&Play OBD power supply is available as an option, which can be easily inserted into the OBD port. Parking mode only works in combination with one of these power supplies.

Loop recording

The S58 4G features loop recording, which means the camera continues to record continuously. Once the SD card is full, older files are automatically overwritten. The length of the clips can be set to 3, 5 or 10 minutes. If disabled, the camera makes a single long recording, but stops as soon as the card is full.

HDR

Thanks to HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology, images are captured clearly in both bright and low light conditions. This ensures the camera performs excellently both during the day and at night.

170˚ + 140˚ + 140˚ wide-angle lens

The AZDome S58 4G is equipped with a 170˚ wide-angle lens at the front and 140˚ lenses at the rear and inside. This captures a very wide area around the vehicle.

256GB support

The AZDome S58 supports MicroSD cards up to 256GB (not included). A 256GB card can store up to approximately 54 hours of Full HD video. At higher resolutions, the total recording time will be shorter.

Auto start

The dashcam automatically starts recording as soon as the car is started and stops when the engine is switched off. When using a hardwire kit, the camera automatically switches between driving mode and parking mode.

G-sensor

The built-in G-sensor detects shocks or impacts. In such situations, footage is automatically saved securely so that it cannot be overwritten or deleted.

Built-in microphone

The AZDome S58 4G features a built-in microphone for audio recording. This can be easily switched on and off via the screen.

Date/Time/Number Plate Watermark

Date, time and number plate can be displayed on screen with every recording. This can be important as evidence and helps in establishing the facts of a situation for the police or insurance companies, for example.
